Key dates and fees

You’re responsible for applying and enrolling before the enrolment cut-off date, and your enrolment isn’t complete until payment or FEE-HELP is arranged, so apply well ahead. All key dates are in the Academic Calendar, and fees are listed under Tuition fees.

Late enrolment fees

  • After the enrolment closing date: $50
  • After the semester has started: $100

Withdrawing from a unit

You can withdraw without financial or academic penalty by writing to the registrar before 4:00 pm on the census date for that semester, and request a full refund of fees. Withdrawal fees:

  • Up to the enrolment cut-off: no fee
  • After the cut-off, up to the census date: $150
  • After the census date: no refund, and a ‘fail’ grade on your transcript

Questions before you apply?

The registrar is happy to talk through which course suits you, what documents you’ll need, and how FEE-HELP works.
